WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
There are no returns on custom designs. Please contact me within 7 days to discuss any options. Your satisfaction is important to me.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
All of my work is made to order. Delivery time is determined by the event date rather than a specific turnaround. It is preferred to have an order in at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PORTFOLIO SAMPLE?
Patterns, images and embellishments vary due to availability of materials.
HOW DO I PUT MY CAKE TOPPER ON THE CAKE?
I recommend parchment paper or a small round of waxed paper between the cake topper and the cake to protect one from the other.
HOW IS MY PIECE DELIVERED?
Merchandise is shipped USPS Priority with tracking, from Tucson, Arizona. We are not responsible for damage, loss, expense or liability related to any delay, in shipping.
